On Monday Feb.8,2010 @ 12:11hrs QAC DES struck the 4-3 rescue box for a MVC w/entrapment located on Rt.301 near Perlee Rd. PM-4 arrived and found 1 vehicle on its roof in the median with 2 patients confirmed trapped in the vehicle. Chief-4 arrived and established the command. R-4 arrived and stablizied the vehicle, R-2 crew arrived and assisted with rescue operations. RE-26 had the landing site in the southbound lanes. Two patients were flown by TRP-1 to shock trauma.
