On Tuesday at 5:41pm QAC DES struck the rescue box 4-5 for an mvc with ejection. Units arrived on scene to find a 3 vehicle mvc with one patient ejected. Rescue 4 arrived and officer 405(bloodsworth) established thge command. One patient was pri-4 on scene , A4 transported one patient locally as well as A40. Rescue 4 remained on scene to assist MSP & SHA for accident investigation.
